Hoang Thi Hoa earned an MA in Economics from Sheffield University in 2004. She began her career at PwC Vietnam as a tax consultant. She then moved to the Ho Chi Minh City government, serving as a senior officer in the Budget Management Section of the Finance Department. Afterward, she became the Research Manager at Viet Capital Securities. In 2011, Hoa joined Dragon Capital as a Senior Banking Analyst and was promoted to Deputy Portfolio Manager for VEIL in 2013. By 2017, she was Co-Manager of the IPO/Placing Platform. When the platform closed in 2020, she transitioned to Co-Manager of DC25. In 2023, she became the Senior Portfolio Manager.
