To Tran Hoa began his career in 2009 at the Bond Market Department under the Hanoi Securities Trading Center. Over the years, he has held various positions, including Specialist, Deputy Chief of Office at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, Deputy Manager of the Office of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), Manager at the SSC Office, and Deputy Director of the SSC.

In 2023, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Department of Market Development at the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
