JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join the Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam team. This role will focus on driving the publication’s online presence and digital marketing strategies to expand its reach and engagement across various platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content for maximum audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam’s content, products, and services.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to build and maintain a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to optimize digital content for social media and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across channels (social media, email, website) and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and other relevant channels.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive audience growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure digital strategies align with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong creative skills and ability to produce content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and local digital trends is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is preferred.
