Minh holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance and Investment from Australia and a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from Russia. He has over 25 years of experience in investment and fund management. He previously served as CEO of Vietnam Asset Management Ltd. (VAM) and as Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investment in Singapore. He is also a board member of several companies in Vietnam.
