Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh began her career at the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, Ministry of Finance, in 2005 as a specialist. She later advanced to serve as Deputy Director of Securities Market Development Department – State Securities Commission – Ministry of Finance. In early November this year, Ms. Linh was officially appointed as Director of this department.
