She currently serves as Head of Research at MB Securities (MBS), one of Vietnam’s top 7 largest brokerage firms. In her role, Ms. Hien leads the research team, focusing on client-centered market strategies and investment themes, while ensuring high standards of professionalism and continuous innovation. Previously, she was Head of Research at VNDIRECT Securities, Vietnam’s second-largest brokerage, and Japan Securities Incorporated, where she provided strategic leadership and investment advisory services. She holds a degree from Foreign Trade University.
