Vishal is an Expert Associate Partner and leader in McKinsey’s Asia Banking practice, with
over 17 years of experience in financial services across Asia Pacific.
Based out of Singapore, he leads McKinsey’s Southeast Asia Wealth and Asset
Management practice while setting up the Client, Reach & Relevance and People agenda for
the region and establishing thought leadership in the industry.
He has been advising global and regional banks, insurers, wealth and asset managers, in
line with Board and CXO mandates for growth strategy and long-term transformations across
retail distribution, customer experience, digital and innovation hub, affluent wealth
management, private banking business, agency and financial advisory business build.
Vishal actively engages with prominent industry associations to foster progressive
infrastructure. He has authored several flagship whitepapers with the intent of driving
innovation within the sector.
