Please bring your e-ticket and business card / ID card to complete the check-in procedure and collect your name badge before attending the event.

GETTING TO VIETNAM INFRASTRUCTURE SYMPOSIUM 2026
To ensure a smooth arrival experience, please refer to the transportation instructions below.
For Guests Arriving by Grab/Taxi/ Arriving by Private Car (with Driver):
Please ask your driver to drop you off directly at the Customer Drop-off area in front of Thu Thiem Riverstage.
Our Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam hospitality team will be available to welcome you and assist with event registration.
For Guests Driving Themselves:
Please park your vehicle at the designated Parking Area indicated on the event map.
After parking, proceed on foot to the Customer Drop-off point marked on the map.
From there, a complimentary buggy shuttle provided by the Organising Team will transport you directly to Thu Thiem Riverstage.
We recommend allowing an additional 5–10 minutes for parking and buggy transfer before the event begins.
Note:
Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam staff will be stationed at both the Customer Drop-off and Parking Area to assist guests upon arrival throughout the event.
