JOB DESCRIPTION

- Be a top-tier design thinker; develop a deep understanding of the product’s various business lines and ensure team roadmaps are user-centered, data-informed and consider the entire product ecosystem.
- Establish a comprehensive vision for how the products should look, feel and interact with each other, as well as an effective strategy for bringing that vision to life.
- Balance the visual and UX patterns with optimal platform-specific patterns, ensure a consistent and intuitive experience and know when and how to justify and codify the introduction of new patterns.
- Collaborate with content team to define the concepts, design briefs & requirement, then design with the ability to build and submit mechanical files for the print magazine and collaborate closely with production vendors.
- Demonstrate and articulate expertise of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand.
- Exemplify and take ownership for maintaining and improving the defined design process.
- Work closely with Editorial, Commercial, Marketing and Research team to balance the needs and concerns of the Design team with those of other departments then to promote a healthy understanding for design processes and outcomes across teams.
- Other responsibilities under line manager’s requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in art and design or relevant degrees.
- Having experiences in media/magazine.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Leadership ability.
