Private Sector Development Committee & Vietnam Economic Forum (ViEF)’s Office

Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Thuy, CEO of the Private Sector Development Committee’s Office, also serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Vietnam Economic Forum Co., Ltd. (ViEF). Her responsibilities include coordinating dialogues, evaluating policy reforms’ effectiveness, and providing recommendations to the Advisory Council to the Prime Minister.

Previously, Ms. Thuy held the position of Standing Deputy General Secretary at Vietnam Private Sector Forum (VPSF), an initiative supported by the Asian Development Bank and the Australian Government. Ms. Thuy is also a national expert for the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation and USAID Digital Frontier Project, supports e-government development for the Vietnam Government. She was also part of the IVLP 2022 program on SME business development, hosted by the US Department of State.

With a background in the Public Sector, Ms. Thuy previously served as Deputy Head of the Administrative Procedures Control Division. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology Management from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, graduating from the National Academy of Public Administration.
