JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking forward to building a professional team whose members are having positive and dynamic-driven mindsets. We are seeking the position of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager who deliver best results for those key tasks as below:
- Take responsibility for prospecting and identifying potential customers, aiming to achieve monthly sales targets
- Own the sales process from initial lead identification through final client attainment
- Review all proposals and contracts for Customers, ensuring alignment with Company policies
- Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, maintaining client relationships
- Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective, active clients
- Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs and builds positive relationships with clients
- Develops, implements, and maintains sales communication strategies
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts in alignment with assigned quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- More 4 years of experience in sales managing position
- Have knowledge of journalism, communications, advertising, information,…
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers, Team Members, and partners
