JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking forward to building a professional team whose members are having positive and dynamic-driven mindsets. We are seeking the position of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager who deliver best results for those key tasks as below:

  • Take responsibility for prospecting and identifying potential customers, aiming to achieve monthly sales targets 
  • Own the sales process from initial lead identification through final client attainment
  • Review all proposals and contracts for Customers, ensuring alignment with Company policies
  • Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, maintaining client relationships
  • Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective, active clients
  • Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs and builds positive relationships with clients
  • Develops, implements, and maintains sales communication strategies
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts in alignment with assigned quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • More 4 years of experience in sales managing position
  • Have knowledge of journalism, communications, advertising, information,…
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers, Team Members, and partners
