Aspiring to represent Vietnam internationally and join the diplomatic service, Minh-Ngan pursued a B.A. in international politics and diplomacy at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Before graduating, she began interning at VTC10 NETVIET, a Vietnamese culture and tourism channel that produces content for overseas Vietnamese and expats living in Vietnam. Minh-Ngan discovered that the role aligned with her ambitions, and she decided to remain with the channel and hone her skills in reporting, editing, hosting, and producing. Work assignments opened up opportunities in the United States, South Korea, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan. Work scholarships have taken her to Australia, India, and Germany.

Since 2014, Minh-Ngan has worked with governmental and international partners to represent them at live and virtual events. Some prominent ceremonies that Minh-Ngan emceed include the Vietnam – Sweden Business Summit on the occasion of the visit by Crown Princess Victoria and her spouse to Vietnam; the India – Vietnam Business Forum on the occasion of the State visit to Vietnam of H.E Ram Nath Kovind, President of the Republic of India; European Village; Deutschland Fest; Vietnam Airlines Classic Hanoi Concert with Sir Simon Rattle and the London Symphony Orchestra; Webinar “The role of Women in the future of investing” with Facebook former Marketing Director, Randi Zuckerberg & Christy Le, etc.

Minh-Ngan is currently working with Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam in realizing the idea of a series of impactful events that is expected to bring unmatched experiences to the participants.
